NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LOCAL LAW #2, 2013 ENTITLED “ROAD PRESERVATION”

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Lumberland on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 7:15 p.m., at the Town of Lumberland Town Hall located at 1052 Proctor Rd., Glen Spey, New York 12737 regarding the adoption of Local Law #2 of the Town of Lumberland for the year 2013 entitled “ROAD PRESERVATION”.

 

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the environmental significance of said proposed Local Law will be reviewed by the Town Board of the Town of Lumberland incident to and as a part of said public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town Clerk’s Office, at1054 Proctor Rd., Glen Spey, New York 12737.

TOWN OF LUMBERLAND TOWN BOARD NOTICE OF 2012 MONTHLY MEETINGS

The Town Board of the Town of Lumberland does hereby designate the SECOND WEDNESDAY of every month at 7:00 p.m. as their regular meeting date and time. The regular meeting will be held at the Town Hall, 1054 Proctor Road, Glen Spey, N.Y. The Town Board will also hold a workshop meeting at the Municipal Building, 1054 Proctor Road, Glen Spey, N.Y., on the Monday prior to the regular meeting, at 7:00 p.m., as per our operating procedures, with the Workshop Meetings open to the Public.
